Attorney Jeff Higgins graduated for Merrimack College in 1986 while working at Purity Supreme Warehouse. At Purity Supreme, Jeff was a member of Teamsters Local 829. Jeff left his job at Purity Supreme in 1992 to attend Law School in the Fall of 1993. He finished his Law School requirements in December 1996, passed the February 1997 Bar Exam and officially graduated form Massachusetts School of Law, Cum Laude, in June 1997. Jeff was sworn in as a Lawyer on June 19, 1997.
After Law School, Attorney Higgins worked at the Law Offices of James L. Doyle in Lowell, Massachusetts. Jeff worked in the area of Elder law, Medicaid and Criminal Defense for 1 year before opening his own firm in the Summer of 1998. For the last 22 years Attorney Higgins has concentrated on all aspects of Elder Law and protecting assets for people going into Nursing Homes or people concerned with the possibility of entering a Nursing Home in the future.
